How does the Melmaa delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

 

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India shipping charges – A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders.
  • We are currently not accepting orders below Rs.499.

 

Melmaa Replacement seeks to assist Buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the Platform. The Replacement policy period depends on the product category and the seller. Kindly click here(on product) to know the Replacement/Return policy period applicable for different categories. By default  Three days of date of delivery for replacement.  for cosmetics and personal care products there is no returns.

If at the time of delivery and/or within the applicable Replacement, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for Replacement of the product/s from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions.

Notify seller of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within the applicable Replacement policy period and the same product/s will be Replaced in Return of the defective product/s. Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the seller.

Following products shall not be eligible for Replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product;
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
  5. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

g.Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

  1. The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery

In order to return a product, and to get refunded, a customer has to ensure that he/she return the product to the company warehouse.

If you are unable to take delivery when delivery person reach you , it world be returned to warehouse, in such case you need to collect it from warehouse.

 

The following conditions are applicable to the customer to get a refund.

  1. a) The customer must submit the original customer receipt along with the product that is to be returned.
  2. b) The customer should return the product within a period of Three days from the date of purchase.
  3. c) Handling charges of Rs. 100/- per unit of product and GST shall be deducted except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
